Using voucher or offer codes when you make a transaction could result in you not collecting Avios or collecting less Avios than the advertised rate.This includes staff discount, student discounts and vouchers which automatically populate in your basket at checkout.
Rewards are payable to existing residential Sky TV customers upgrading their package online. The stated reward is for Sky Sports / Sky Movies Bundle upgrades, a higher reward will be given on Sky TV Family Bundle upgrades and Sky TV Multiroom and a lower reward will be given on Sky Go Extra. You must complete the purchase wholly online from start to finish, and a minimum 12 month subscription applies. Rewards are only given on a product once, and will only be confirmed after your activation date. Rewards will not be offered to customers living in a block of 4 or more flats and/or where a specialist team and not Sky performs installation. Rewards are not offered on sign ups or upgrades using staff discounts, external voucher codes or refer a friend offers. If your order cannot be processed automatically online and you require the Sky team to contact you or the Sky call centre need to run additional checks via the telephone or re-process your order, you will not be eligible for rewards.

When raising any queries or claims please provide your SKY customer ID and state the product or plan purchased.

Queries can only be investigated within 90 days from the date the purchase was made.

Rewards are not calculated on postage / handling / delivery costs or associated purchase taxes in your region (This may include but not be limited to VAT, GST etc).
